Disable Twilight Forest Portal?

I was wondering if there was a way to disable just the portal to Twilight Forest? I dont want the full mod disabled, just the portal.

The reason is that i want to use the twilight forest items as rewards for server events and such. So i just need a way to disable people from making the portal.
EDIT: or even a way just to disable it for all other players except groups we chose.

has anyone figured out how to do this cause i want to disable it except for donators.
