Disable the new cheat commands in infinity

Hello,

how do I disable non-op to use non-survival commands that where added to infinity, i mean /spawn, /back, ecc... but still have those for operators?

There is a ture/false setting in FTBU config for those commands. I don't know if ops are able to use them if the command is set to false.
