Disable some mods

I downloaded the DirectWolf server pack, but there are some mods that I'd like to disable (like EE3, ExtrabiomesXL and some others) however, I couldn't find any way.

Can anyone help me, please?

On the server, simply delete the mods that you do not want to use from the mods folder.

But when I do it, the server doesn't start and launch an error u.u

Sometimes you also have to remove the config files for those mods
