Disable intra linking and the use of nexus

Hi, I am hosting a server and I don't want people to use Mystcraft books to teleport in the same world.
Disabling intra-linking won't work, because they can create a nexus.
Is there any config which makes one player can only craft linking book which link to one coordinates?
Or other method? Thanks!

Well dependent on the number of people on the server it may be simplest to just disable linking books all together for crafting and then issue each player with one book to where ever they want.

Just curious why you'd want that. Did you discuss it with your players?

Well, one approach you could take would be to disable crafting of linking books, but have a 'special NPC' or some other system to distribute linking books. That way, you can control their link locations. (The obvious choice for a single link is the Descriptive Book link location.)
