Summary of the problem Dirt in Barrels
Pack Version 3.0.8
What is the bug? You can't seem to get the dirt out of a barrel if it was left there from your last save. The problem can be fixed if you destroy the barrel and replace it, but you lose the dirt in the process.

Is it repeatable? Yeah I've tried it a few times and it keeps doing it.
Known Fix Braking the barrel down and replacing it with the lost of dirt that was in the barrel.
