Please use pastebin.com as probably nobody will download that. (I don't even know why I did) anyway, i'm not a genius when it comes to reports like this BUT try stopping the server, remove enderstorage, start the server, then stop and put it back, then start the server again. This should remove any enderstorage related items as it appears that enderstorage has been corrupted in some way.

Have you removed ender storage and booted without it?[DOUBLEPOST=1381183009][/DOUBLEPOST]Paste the logs or crash report if you have one once you do that.

I have already responded to this so please don't spam, to get the best support provide the best information as to what is happening. The logs and forge logs especially are a good start.

Again, remove enderstorage and then start the server. It is still there, Line 79- EnderStorage{1.4.2.16} [EnderStorage] (EnderStorage 1.4.2.16.jar) Unloaded->Constructed->Pre-initialized->Initialized->Post-initialized->Available->Available

Did you remove enderstorage and start it? Did you ever get a crash report in */minecraft/crash-reports ? If so please paste that here. Also i'm a master at this yet so I have no idea what that first paste is. GUI=graphic use interface.

In your launcher select the pack and version, click "download server" for the pack and version you want on the server. Now on the server in /minecraft delete everything except the world file (assuming you have no plugins which I did not see on the crash report). once all you have in the /minecraft directory is /minecraft/world upload everything that you downloaded from the launcher to the server. It should contain a server, jar (rename to what you control panel uses if not default), core mods, mods, maybe a resource pack folder depending on what pack you have, and a .bat etc. just upload all of that into it MAKE SURE THE SERVER IS OFF WHEN YOU DO THIS. Once all of that is done you will have completly reinstalled the pack as that crash report means there are mods missing or on the wrong version so a clean reinstall of the pack NOT the world is a fairly fast and easy way of fixing it.[DOUBLEPOST=1381185333][/DOUBLEPOST]

I didn't see that you had a vanilla server running at the same time, however this doesn't seem to be a problem here and shouldn't be unless they are using the same world file. (Running 2 servers is fairly common just keep them in separate /minecraft folders.)
