Problem Direwolf20 World not loading correctly (Cubedhost)

I use cubed host as a dedicated server system and recently because thaumcraft and other desirable mods were in Direwolf20 changed over to that server type. Cubed host for some reason reads Direwolf20 as either BukkitCraft (Stable) when left alone and will not work but when the .jar file is renamed to craftbukkit_beta.jar or minecraft_server.jar the jar will run, but in both of these outcomes the game will let me use items from the mod, but the world itself is vanilla.

I have found that though it shows the items in the game, you cannot actually use them, they disappear when you go to place/use them, which would suggest that the server is as a whole not running direwolf20.

This looks to be a problem with cubed host, and not Feed the Beast. You would do best discussing this with them. Unfortunately you probably won't find much help here.
