direwolf20 v2 server help!

So I've looked put like five different tutorials trying to figure how to host a Direwolf20 v2 server for me and my friends and how to give it more ram, but nothing can give me all the info I need to get it done, specifically for this mod pack. So it would be awesome is some of my fellow Feeders could help me out with this. Please help!
