I have the slider at 2.25GB for the launcher.
Here is my launcher & Minecraft Console pastebin - http://pastebin.com/uBgHJHPg
Here is the launcher only console pastebin - http://pastebin.com/C6pfhEwm
Here is the Minecraft only console pastebin - http://pastebin.com/v9CQ9YCh

I'm running 64-bit Windows 7 with 3GB of RAM installed (I know it's not a lot but the minimum for DW20's pack is apparently 2GB so I don't think I should be experiencing this issue at least)

The console displays [SEVERE] warnings about missing textures so I'm not sure if that's the issue. I have Java 7 update 51 installed also.

Please help, I don't know how to fix this...

Will you please post this crash log to pastebin?

2014-02-14 18:05:51 [INFO] [STDOUT] #@!@# Game crashed! Crash report saved to: #@!@# C:\Users\Blair\Documents\My Games\Minecraft\FTB\Direwolf20_1_6_4\minecraft\crash-reports\crash-2014-02-14_18.05.51-client.txt

I'm not seeing anything immediate in your console logs that would point to this crash, but I only did a quick read of it. And you can ignore those missing texture warnings. They're nothing to worry about.

Ah ha. Thought so.
JVM Flags: 4 total; -Xms256M -Xmx2304M -XX:permSize=256m -Xmx512M
Bolded for emphasis. You have a global Java variable that's overriding the FTB launcher's RAM setting.

Fix: Right click Computer and go to Properties, then Advanced tab. Click on Environment Variables, then under System variables, look for the one for Java and delete it.
