Windows .exe Direwolf20 (v1.0.12) 1.6.4 stops downloading halfway

Description of the problem:
Everytime, I try to download Direwolf20 (v1.0.12) 1.6.4, I could launch it and download it, but when it downloads it goes normally for example 1257KB.... 1900KB and then it just stops randomly, I waited 15 minutes still there I tried restarting my computer and reinstalling/deleting FTB 3 times!

Unless it stops at the same point every time exactly then you will want to eliminate anything that might be interrupting it. Things like temporarily disabling your antivirus. Or if you are using wifi try connecting it over cable instead.
