Direwolf20 Server startup crash

I've got myself a zap-hosting server with FTP access.
I loaded the Direwolf20 1.6.4 server which i downloaded from the FTB launcher bevor.

Everytime i start the server this crash report comes up.
I have no idea what to do.
please help

You seem to be using a version of forge for 1.6.4 not 1.6.2.

Any time you see those java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:

The first thing you check is to make sure you are using the correct version of forge.
