Direwolf20 Server not starting GUI

Yeah, so I'm trying to set up a DW20 server up. As it stands I've made sure my Java is up to date, my IP is static, and MC is port forwarded. I've got everything I need to work it. But when I start it up it goes through the initialization and stops without the GUI window popping up. There's no crash, no error output. It just stops, the last line in the CMD is

[WARNING] [LogisticsPipes |Main] New LogisticsPipes-Dev version found: #106

Before that it stops for a while at Loading NEI and Unloading dimension -100. But there are no errors or outputs and nothing seems to point out a crash of any kind, it just doesn't open the GUI and let the server start.
Other odds and ends.
OS: Windows 8.1
3.4Ghz Quad-core
16GB ram

I'm hoping it's just a silly error on my part or an obvious fix I didn't think of, but does anyone have any help?

Check your server start script, which should be the .bat file since you use Windows. Get rid of "-nogui" if you see it then try again. Note: Servers tend to run better without the GUI as far as performance goes.
