Details of the issue:

I don't know much about Java , I hope you can help me​

Server crashes when AE2 tries to check for updates but runs out of memory.
TL;DR: Give the server more RAM.

@Tbsc I have 3 GB RAM, 1 more will costs 10 Euros more... :/

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space

You don't have to add more ram, increasing PermGen should solve it.
