Details of the issue:
running a server using minecraftpanel, everything works mostly fine but server lags extremely to point of crash/time out when exploring, as well as block updates such as lava,water and sand do not update instantly and can take minutes to update. found a small error code being generated in the logs when ever a player explores (linked above) hope it helps​
