Windows .exe Direwolf20 Public Beta Pack Crashes on Startup

So the Direwolf20 1.6.4 ModPack will load up everything in the console and then FTB just crashes. I'm running a 64 bit java and a 64 bit operating system. I'm also running Windows 8 on an HP laptop.

The FTBLauncherLog is attached
No Crash Report Exists. None were created at the time of this "crash"
