Direwolf20, PermissionsEX and GroupManager don't work

Hello, I've justed added MCPC+ to my server and tried using GroupManager and PermissionsEX to use as a rank plugin, But none work. When I use PermissionsEX the prefix isnt working and Op cant do any commands at all, And when i'm using GroupManager it doesnt show the Prefixes even though i have set it and setup the ranks (It might be type because i cant find 1.4.7).
