Direwolf20 pack update, map don't load from previous version

Details of the issue:
The world crashes both my server and my single player setting, with multiple crash logs as I diagnose. Log points to NBT data failure. The version updated from 1.2.1 from where I was playing to a direct update to 1.4.1. I made a new world to test if it would crash and it didn't so something in my world is breaking MC.​

Which map are you using? Do you have that opis thing enabled? I always have problems when that is enabled. I just use journey maps :)

journey map. the world is in the link I posted where it has the crash logs as well as the world zipped and Iguana tweaks for the modpack version I used. i.e v1.2.1 I used Iguana Tweaks version 2.1.2....... and for v1.4.1 I used 2.1.5.....
