Problem Direwolf20 pack no mystcraft permissions

Hi

we are running the latest version of the DW20 pack 1.0.6 on our server with mcpc plus.
When trying to use mystcraft commnads like tpx and myst-create we keep getting the message:
"i'm sorry but you do not have permissions to perform this command"

OP level is set to 4

am i missing a config somwhere?

There are many direworlf packs each with its own versions, which one? (Doesn't matter here but for future inquires you should included that).

Mystcraft has it's own permissions you need to add to the group/players.

Last time I looked in the /? (Help index) you could view the mystcraft permissions nodes, and in the he mystcraft help page

/help or /? is just showing me plugin data not forge mod data
tried it on single player and it's not even showing anything

what kind of permissions would i need to add, i figured being OP would give me all the permissions anyway
