Direwolf20 pack mouse icon changes, how to fix?

Details of the issue added some mods but none that has ever changed the mouse cursor icons.
I have a vid too cause the mouse wasn't picking up in the pictures: (vids are uploading, if they don't work check back in an hour or so)
