I have the exact same settings as my Vanilla minecraft and using Optifine and Razer Game booster and its still lagging like im using it on a Windows 98 computer fom 99. Best things to try to fix this problem?
Computer specs:
AMD A6-4400M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 2.70GHz
4GB RAM (3.46 Usable)
64 Bit OS
Windows 8
Model Number: Samsung NP365E5C-S04US

Get a proper video card for rendering 3D graphics. You are basically on a computer from 1999.

What would be a good one for me to get and a tut on how to replace it? Also, how much are we talking for a Graphics card that will make my computer run games good. It runs WoW on Ultra with no lag, but Minecraft is like its a more complex game than that.

Minecraft is a memory intensive game. It needs 4GB to run well. You can't allocate that with the computer you have. I would recommend upgrading your computer to at least 6GB of ram
