Direwolf20 Pack Lag Problems

When i play the direwolf20 pack, i get 3 FPS.. When i play FTB Unleashed, i get 50 FPS..
Can someone help me?

Same with me here. But I get 0-1 fps in DW20 1.6.4 and 25-30 in unleashed

Same. Runs reasonable for a minute or two then lock up until I reboot the client. No server tick issues

I was having FPS issues with the pack when 1.6.4 rolled out, but I was attributing that to the back being unstable. It had quite a few bugs, that have since been fixed. I've noticed a huge performance increase since I downloaded the updated pack.

Can you all post crash logs using pastebin, and use the correct format to report. It helps a lot.

You may as well all post in this thread if you're having the same problems.

im not getting any crashs for my client

but my server did crash due a bug from chunkloaders

This is for the attention of ChickenBones. There is nothing that can be done about this until an update. I recommend removing any chunkloaders and using anchors instead.

There is no crash log, its just FPS Lag.. it has to be something wrong with the pack.. My computer isn't the best, but it should get better than 3 Frames..

Im running this with 2GB of RAM.
ALSO! Could the Lag of FPS be from Opis / Mapwriter? I think it is.. I tweaked the settings and now im getting 9 FPS .

2 GB of RAM is the minimum recommended allocation. You will see performance decreases when using the minimum recommended amount.

I disabled Opis, and its getting 20 Now.. Its also only using 30-40% of my 2GB of Ram?

Will Opis every get fixed? Kinda like the map..

These new packs are brutal. They are resource hogs. I use

-Xmx3G -Xms512m -XX:PermSize=128M -XX:MaxPermSize=512m

in my 140 mod pack with the vanilla launcher.
It helps.
