direwolf20 pack game breaking bug?

I am in the direwolf20 pack my world is very far and i dont want to give it up so...
I went mining and for reasons i dont need to explain i uses the kill command to kill myself chat says ,,ouch that looks like it hurt'' and i havent got hearts anymore...but i can still walk around and break things and stuff but i cant look into any inventory cant die and the whole screen is... just shivering and stuff so i cant play restarting the game,going into creative mode,fading away in lava,or drowning nothing works!
is there a command so i just respawn or something?
my world is literally broken

Maybe try going into creative mode then back to survival mode?

Perhaps next time don't kill yourself in an unnatural way? Death by zombies or lava works just fine.

@joseff amador i already tried going in creative mode and then i survival that didn't work

@rhn i havent made backups my self are they made automated or do i need to make them myself? and when,where can i find them?

Maby it will go away if you delete your player.dat from your world but remember to make a backup first.

wtf even if i delete the player.dat its still like this...

Copy the world and paste it in the same folder with a different name, this will remove any information/data linked to the player and may fix your problem although you will however lose you items and location will be back at the origonal map spawn and all your minimap waypoint will be gone although if this does work you can then change the name of (or delete) the broken world and change the name of the copy to what the origonal was called to get all your waypoints back (you can also change the name of the file the waypoints are in to match the world) hope this helps

well, if your THAT dedicated to your world you could do this mind you it will be kind of a pain.
First copy the location of your home I.E the coordinates.
Second take screen caps of everything in your base.
Third copy the Seed number.
Fourth start a new world using the seed number.
Fifth creatively spawn in everything you lost on your previous save.

Could it be possible that you are in adventure mode? I think this is set through NEI. I had a guy on my server that couldn't access barrels. I could be way off.

No you have to make backups yourself.
