Direwolf20 pack don't render saplings if you look it carefuly

Description of the problem:
With Thaumcraft shimmerleaf and silver wood sapling and Twilight Forest saplings,when you stare at the sapling, disappears.
The sapling is there, and, eventually grows.

Are you using Optifine?

Optifine is know for doing it, also NEI view tooltips make them disapear, I had the same problem before, someone mailed me with the solution. Disable either OF connected textures or NEI Highlight Tooltips.

Now it's Ok.
