im getting the same thing here. no errors at all. minecraft just closes with out warning.

The error in your log is caused by your over zealous av program. Add and exception to your FTB Folder, including sub folders, to your av program.

The op's issues is specific because he has posted a log. Without a log i can't help. Make sure, in the options, that "reopen launcher when minecraft exits" is ticked. Now post the log to pastebin using the button in the console and link it here.
