Direwolf20 not seeing allocated RAM

Title Direwolf20 not seeing allocated RAM

Details of the issue Everything was working fine for a while. Then, one day I started getting slowdown. I noticed that, no matter what I set the allocated RAM to in the launcher, during startup the "memory used/total" display always shows 5240 MB for "total." This didn't used to be the case, and I don't know what's causing it now. I am using 64-bit Java.
