Windows .exe Direwolf20 Mod Pack crashing when creating new world

I have reinstalled both FTB and Java and still get this crash.

Ok here you are and I should say I recently reformatted my entire hard drive and did a clean install of windows if that matters.

Odd.... Did you reformat and reinstall because of this error? (That would be... excessive )

Could you change the install folder (under the options tab) to "C:\FTB\"

Is the error still happening?

No there was a windows update and it broke everything so had to do a clean install. I changed the install folder it still crashes.

Edit: I fixed it I had to to open it as Administrator.
