I have just updated to the latest version of Direwolf20's mod pack. I am currently getting the following crash report:

Did this happen when you clicked launch, when you clicked a game mode (SSP/smp) or when you opened a world?

This error occurred on attempting to launch the mod pack from the launcher.

I have forced the modpack to update and now seems to be running fine.
It only happens when I open a certain world. I opened my creative test world and had no problems however the map on which I play survival crashes. I have tried it several times now. It has briefly loaded the world however I can not move and then it crashes.
Thanks for the help!
