Direwolf20 bug?

Greetings i was playing arround in my test world, what i dit was placing down a few steam dynamos, and adding a fluid pipe to them, the fluid pipe i connected to a aqa acummilator (or whats it spelled). Then my game keeps crashing, this happened also in my main world, and is happening each time i connect these fluiducts. is there any thing i can do?

I just upgraded to the .4 version of the dw20 pack.

I got the Same error but my world is corrupted due to placing the steam engine AFTER the pipes. . Would like a fix ASAP so i can get back to playing, Tyvm.

I know after the 1.0.4 update that you had to place any redstone energy conduits into a crafting table by themselves. I would try that with the fluiducts as well.

Yeah but that doesnt explain why my world keep crashing by placing fuiducts to a aqa. accumilator.

This is caused by a Forge bug + Tile entity remnant issues - the new version of Forge will fix this. cpw especially built a new one just to fix this issue.

Problem is mentioned here, new version of Forge to fix it. Can try setting the id of railcraft hidden heat blocks to 0 in the meantime while avoiding anything else with hidden blocks like wrath lamps, etc.
