So Optifine used to work wonderfully with me until the recent update on the FTB Dw20 1.6.4 pack. Now it crashes whenever I load it up with any version if Optifine 1.6.2-1.7.2. I just installed the GLSL shaders pack, and now I'm getting 3-7 fps (because for some reason the dw20 pack alone tends to really take a load on my graphics card/CPU even though I have an i5 with a gtx560, averaging around 30 fps or lower). So I'm wondering if anyone has found a fix or a solution to this problem. I read a few times that Optifine does not work well with ftb dw20 1.6.4, but it used to work fine with me until recently updating.

If you really want to use optifine then look here. I certainly would not recommend it.

If you get a crash somewhere down the line and you have optifine installed you will be asked to remove it to make sure that is not causing the crash.

You should be using the jvm arguments from here unless you already are.

Optifine crashes a minute after I launch DW20, it doesn't even start up minecraft before it does. I just needed a way to boost my frame rate over 7 fps in order to use the GLSL shaders
