Was running fine one day until friends computer crashed and it no longer launches, some error appears​

Delete ths block with MCEdit.

Or disable chicken chunks, start and stop server, enable the mod and starrt the server again. This will remove all chunk loaders.

We deleted the area as you suggested yet the same error is occurring on server startup, nearing the end of the setup it does say 'The state engine was in incorrect state ERRORED and forced into state SERVER_STOPPED.
