Bug Direwolf20 1.7.10 will not download any texture packs

so when i go to the texturepack tab to download a pack it downloads but when i start the game it not there i downloaded it both for direwolf 1.6.4 and 1.7.10 the 1.6.4 direwolf20 folder has the texture packs but the 1.7.10 does not
 
Found the problem for some reason no matter what version of texture pack u download it ends up in the 1.6.4 direwolf20 folder
