Problem Direwolf20 1.7.10 Memory leak?

Hi guys,

Really stuck here, two friends and myself play on a Direwolf20 server we hooked up with the specs below:

16gb RAM (The server has 4gb allocated)
i7 Processor
120gb SSD

It has been running fine for the last couple of months however on Sunday it suddenly became unplayable. There was severe amounts of lag everytime the server started until it eventually just died on us. We were seeing lots of errors like:

[08:48:43] [Server thread/WARN]: Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 11129ms behind, skipping 222 tick(s)

I deleted our void age which is where most of our stuff is, to no avail. I also removed some mods like enderIO, Computer Craft, Steves Factory manager, twilight forest, chicken chunks and big reactors which had no success.

Ok, so keys get started, first, run the command cofh tps

This may tell you which world is causing issues.

Did anyone release elemental fire, that stuff kills servers because it foes ridiculous things like turn the entire nether to obsidian and snow. This took our tps to 4 until we restored from backup the nether.

Also there is a server admin tool called opus it helps you pinpoint problems have you tried that yet?
