Hey guys here is a solution I found for my server to fix lag! So I was playing on the direwolf20 pack on 1.7.10 and man I was having super bad lag spikes. So I did some digging around and found this tried it and it solved most of my lag issues. First I would like to say I have 4gb of ram to my client cause that is what helped initally and 2gb to my server. So the fix is this -XX
ermSize=512m- goto your FTb launcher guys and goto options then advanced options and put that in Additional Java Parameters the exact way it shows and that should help. Now I do not know much of why this works I think if you have lower ram to client you have to cut that down to 256 instead of 512.
