Solved Direwolf20 1.7.10 error on startup

If i run the server with no mods in the mods folder it will startup and run, however if i add in the mods it crashes and wont load can anyone tell me why this might be?

Can anyone help me out here?

You need to run the FTBInstall.bat script, it will download the missing files you need. It seems like you are missing the vanilla minecraft server jar.
