Windows .exe Direwolf20 1.6.4 World Generation Crash

Always I try to gen a world with Direwolf20 pack for 1.6.4, FTB Crashes with the following log:

I already tried different world settings, modpack versions and redownloaded FTB about 10 times.

If someone as a solution to this, please help me!
