Direwolf20 1.6.4 Won't Download

You have the both 32bit and 64bit java installed. Remove both and update to the latest x64 one from here.

You may just have to wait till it downloads.
 
I just waited and it worked but now when i load a world it stays on for a few seconds and just crashs i cant provide a paste bin at this moment but i will provide one as soon as i can.
 
Modpack folder --> Minecraft --> Crash Reports

The above folder is where you can obtain a crash report from. Pastebin it then link it here.
