Windows .exe Direwolf20 1.6.4 Using Missing Textures

Hello! I have just downloaded FTB and It tried using the 1.6.4 Version of Direwolf20's Mod Pack. But It shows in logs "Using missing textures" as an error then it shuts down randomly. I tried this in 1.5 version and it works smoothly. Help?

Don't allocate any more than 5gb of ram. Try using the jvm arguments from this thread here.
