Direwolf20 1.6.4 Server Error

When I try to log into a server it completely exits out of the modpack and console with no errors in the console, what should I do?

I'm also having this problem.

I installed more memory and it was working but I was having severe graphical glitches and so I exited out of the server then tried to go back in and now it won't work
