So the minimap I want to use is Zan's, but I can't find which mod adds the one that's used by default. Can anyone tell me which mod it is? (I'm probably too blind to see it so I apologize for that)

The default map, (map writer) I believe is intergrated with Opis.

Zan's is in my mods folder just not used so I just needed to enable it in the "Edit Mod Pack" area of the launcher.

Correct. Also, if you're playing single player, you can safely disable Opis as well (which will remove Mapwriter).
