DireWolf20 1.6.4 pack fails to load past Mojang screen

Hey all.

I have been trying to download the Direwolf20 1.6.4 pack, and while it downloads properly, it fails to launch. I will click it to launch, and it will go to the mojang screen before it crashes. I have the crash report here:

I honestly don't know what to do, any help would be appreciated.

I have tried a fresh install of java and the modpack with no luck.

Different file same error. A program, more than likely your antivirus program, is keeping minecraft from accessing the file. Add folder, C:\Users\Owner\Desktop\FTB\, to the exceptions list of your antivirus program. Be sure to check any boxes that say 'include sub-folders'
