Windows .exe Direwolf20 1.6.4 Opens but Crashes Immediately!

Title says it all but at the moment, I have a few parameters added into the console which is the only way i can open the actual mod pack. It is:

-Xms256M -Xmx5120M -XX:NewRatio=3 -XX:SurvivorRatio=3 -XX:TargetSurvivorRatio=80 -XX:MaxTenuringThreshold=8 -XX:+UseParNewGC -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:MaxGCPauseMillis=10 -XX:GCPauseIntervalMillis=50 -XX:MaxGCMinorPauseMillis=7 -XX:+ExplicitGCInvokesConcurrent -XX:+UseCMSInitiatingOccupancyOnly -XX:CMSInitiatingOccupancyFraction=60 -XX:+BindGCTaskThreadsToCPUs -Xnoclassgc

I have 4 GB added into the Launcher. I dont know what to do at this point. I cant play any other version of this mod pack because they dont have all of the mods this pack has. I have tried to reinstall Java and I also tried to downgrade my Java but none of that helped. I will include my log file here. I also added 2 GB of dedicated memory into my Java by going into my control panel, then Java, then i clicked the View tab, then in the Parameters box, I typed, "Xmx-2048M". I am out of options at the moment and now all I can do is plead out to someone who knows how to fix this. PS, I have a 64-bit operating system!

Follow the same instructions I gave to another user because you most likely have a java flag there. Reboot after removing all of them.

Also the jvm arguments from your log have additional entries you don't need so remove the highlighted ones below. Also remove the one you added to java from the control panel.

-Xms256M -Xmx4096M -XXermSize=256m -Xms256M -Xmx5120M
