Direwolf20 (1.6.4) - High mean tick time with zero players

Hello.

With this new modpack, my mean tick time is unuseually high even with zero players online.

17:13:56 [INFO] Dim -1 : Mean tick time: 0.247 ms. Mean TPS: 20.000
17:13:56 [INFO] Dim 0 : Mean tick time: 4.376 ms. Mean TPS: 20.000
17:13:56 [INFO] Overall : Mean tick time: 4.784 ms. Mean TPS: 20.000

This is with ONE player connected. This is also a completely CLEAN map, with no tech what so ever.

Is this normal?

I'm also getting HUUUUGE missing chunks, and relog seems to fix it, at least for a couple of chunks until I have to relog again.

Anyone been having these issues?

Edit: Missing chunks problem fixed itself with a new map and new version of MCPC+
