Direwolf20 1.6.4 Help. [MapWriter] could not write chunk??

Hey guys,

I keep getting this message in my FTB console and im unsure what is causing it and how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

2014-01-25 21:58:02 [SEVERE] [MapWriter] could not write chunk (15, 23) to region file: java.io.IOException: Data error (cyclic redundancy check)

A "cyclic redundancy check" error or CRC error usually means you need to scan your HDD for physical errors, or check your SATA cables for defects.
