Remove your existing java version as it is very old then reboot. Install the latest x64 one from the link below.

Also the line below from your log indicated multiple jvm flags

JVM Flags: 6 total; -Xms256M -Xmx2048M -XX:permSize=256m -Xms256m -XX:permSize=128M -XX:MaxPermSize=256m

Delete the ones I have highlighted in bold above because you don't need them all.
