During the update to direwolf20 1.0.18 from 1.0.16 the server came up with this crash log http://pastebin.com/rdmTNbqB. it complained about ic2 so I deleted that file as it holds no actual data just ids. Then on reboot of the server most modded blocks/items are gone. It is very selective and it's not certain mods just parts of mods like for example biomes o' plenty cherry tree planks were gone. is anyone else having the problem? if so have you fixed it? and how did you fix it?

The crash said there was an item mismatch with your config files and the map you wanted to use. The crash was to prevent item/block loss if you have a backup of the world I recommend that you re-download the server files and try again. If it after that still doesn't work try to use config files of your client after you made a backup of your world of course.
it updated fine after deleting the file it did that because ids updated and the world file didn't have them updated
