[Direwolf20 1.6.4][1.0.12] Server Spawn Crash Log

So on this server i've been having trouble logging in for the past few days.
I teleported to spawn and crashed. I can't log on anymore. If i do log on it just stays frozen and then closes minecraft.
I used to be able to go to spawn before for weeks, but only the past few days.

To me it appears to be having something to do with CodeChickenCore , although i am not totally sure.

Apparently some others are able to log on without any trouble, it appears only a small fraction of players have this issue.

I would really enjoy some feedback on this crash, and if possible provide a fix.

The server owner does not exactly know how to fix it.

your log is pretty poorly formatted and for some reason is fill of "$" characters, but from what i can tell, its a multipart that's causing it (a panel or cover somewhere)
