Windows .exe Direwolf20 1.5.4 modpack creashes on launch

I've been trying to play on the new direwolf20 modpack, but everytime I launch it, it crashes before being fully loaded:

you need to update the drivers for your graphics card. the game is crashing because of a fault in atioglxx.dll (AMD's OpenGL library i assume)
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
You will also need to install java X64 if you want to have a hope of running any modpack
sadly, you can't because you only have a 32 bit OS (probably time to upgrade...)

Now it lasted a bit longer without crashing, but it still did,

So what you are saying is that I wont be able to play any ftb modpack without a 64bit windows? Is there an alternate way?

nope. because that's why it crashed

cpw.mods.fml.common.LoaderException: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError

32 bit java can only utilise up to 1 GB of RAM. most of these modpacks (with FTB lite being the exception) will need 2GB plus. im unsure if your PC is even capable of running 64 bit windows because the crash report states your processor only as 2 cores.
