Direwolf20 1.12 server keeps crashing

Try allocating 4-6gb to the server.

How did the server crash the first time?
(did the computer crash, lost power or anything like that?)

If yes, you might have a corrupt world and you should try and restore to a backup from before that first crash. (check backups folder)

The computer was fine but the server just stopped all the sudden.

So it's just a RAM issue?

Might be, 3gb is on the low end.

Or there could be other issues as well.

That's because that's not the full log, that's just the crash-report.

Get full log and share that please.

In the server.properties of your server, you can change your max tick time. Should help.
max-tick-time=-1

How do I find the full log?
The log file is a .gz and when I open it with notepad++ it's gibberish
