Problem Direwolf20 1.12 random crash

Hello, I am running a semi popular direwolf20 server, it was working fine for about a month and then all of a sudden we encounted random crashes, these crashes leave no crash reports or errors in the server console at all. I am stumped with what to do and my players are frustrated and leaving the server. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Just to note no server files have been changed to cause the crashes. Also, during the run up to the server crashing there is no spike in memory usage, I have 10GB dedicated to the server which only constantly uses around 7.5gb.

Please share full log from one of the crashes - /logs/fml-server-latest.log - use paste.feed-the-beast.com and share the link.

If nothing shows - a thing to try out is to check who is online at the time of the crash and visit the places those players are at, see if you can stumble on to something.
 
As you're using sponge + plugins, my suggestion is that you check the sponge forum for further help.
