Details of the issue Hi, since not to long ago maybe 1 month now, i have been getting an error in any modded server console log that the "state engine was in incorrect state" message it did not do that 1 month ago i don't know what to do to resolve the problem so, i'm here to make a request of you all in the forum to help me out. I really want to play modpack with my friends on a server and i really have no idea how to fix the issue, is it my antivirus, new java version, i don't know. please help me out on this. thanks before-hand.

Add exceptions to your antivirus (and/or other security software)

Hi, thanks for the quick reply i far as exception for my antivirus goes i got all my gaming drives excluded so it doesnt interfere with my games, probably excluding the server folder itself might do the trick im not sure.

excluded java in my avast antivirus still doing the same thing, i really dont know whats up with my servers.

ok is far as im aware of anything i just deleted the folder that contained the server and before that i uninstaled java and reinstaled it, after that i re unziped the server files started the server let it finish after that accepted the eula, and now its working i dont know what i did else that could have fixed it but i think i fixed it for now. thanks for the answer. really appreciate it.

Could be that java was blocked making the 1st install broken, and after adding the exception and then doing the re-install - you fixed it.

Or it was just the re-install that was needed.

Any way, good for you that you got it working :)
